Cockroaches

Those cockroaches are as huge as Egyptian ones and I sometimes see them wandering around in my room. Donīt like to get up in the morning and the first thing I see is a (hopefully) dead bug.

Roadtrip I - New Orleans

The start into a great weekend...

A stopover in Birmingham at Corinaīs.

The Lufthansa girls from Philadelphia

Our hotel. Big room, large patio, perfect view....

The trip on the Mississippi

Jump, jump, jump around....

This place was soo cool. Jazz at its best. The only thing we did not like have been the cockroaches. But on the other side, after they crossed the room a couple of times, it was much emptier..

Monkeys

Some nice houses

Bob: Somehow we met him and somehow we joined him. I played the drums and Sven the ... Result: After one hour Bob gave up and left. We made only $1. We might have been the reason for the bad result, the hour before, he played without us and made much more

Misc Pics

Sports at the Gulfcoast. Perfect day, perfect sand. Played Rugby, Baseball, Golf and Golfby.

Westin

Went out to the Westin, the highest hotel building in the Western world, with a rotating top. Amazing, and we saw the ATL from above.

Parking: I have no idea who will be awarded as the parker of the month. Anyway, the parking slots are much bigger than back home. We parked with our car in a slot usable "only for small cars". The ones for "normal cars" are double the size as in Europe.

Chattahoochee

Stone Mountain Park

Went to Stone Mountain Park, an amazing place somewhere west. The countryside is a amazing and the sunset was stunning. After that we went to largest lasershow in the world. But it was so cheesy and redneck. As soon as there was a flag or a soldier everyone cheered....

Und los gehtīs...

...den Berg hinauf...

...der verdiente Spass auf dem Berg...

Die drei Affen

Sunset mit Blick auf Atlanta. Amazing...

Coca- Cola

The American way: Went to the World of Coca Cola and to the cinema in the evening. (Fahrenheit 9/11)
Input on that Saturday: ca 1 gallon Coke and around 30 other soft drinks per person (free tasting at the World of Coca Cola and free refill in the Cinema), 1 huge bag of popcorn (unlimited refill), 1 Cheeseburger Menu...

Result: I was still sick on the next day.

Ivan the terrible
